Emma leads product strategy and experience at CampusIQ, shaping an intuitive, powerful platform for higher education. With roots in design, branding, and research, she turns complex needs into simple, thoughtful solutions. Off-hours, she’s with her family or biking around town, usually spotting ideas worth bringing back into product and culture.

As Head of AI Enablement at CampusIQ, Graham helps non-technical teams get real leverage from AI. A UT Austin and Harvard Business School alum, he spent 16 years growing Indeed from startup to global, ultimately as VP of Product. Off the clock: family, fly fishing, concerts, a conservation nonprofit board.
