That scale lets us ship faster and focus on customer-led features that solve day-to-day problems, from clearer reporting to smoother onboarding. Aaron: [00:00:00] Okay. Every business has challenges, problems, and one of the ones that everybody wants to have is an exploding customer base. Over the past year, we've seen that we've averaged a new institution every other week, and in fact, this quarter we're averaging a new institution every single week. Now, while that is, let's say, a great problem to have if you're a founder, if you're a business, if you're trying to grow. What it fundamentally does is it also puts lots of different pressure on all the processes that you have, processes for working with institutions, processes for data, we're processing tens of billions of data points every single month, uh, and quickly approaching 10 billion data points a week.
That's a lot of data, that's a lot of people. That's a lot of square footage that we're covering in the U.S. and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. And so this past week we were able to look back as we've three x'd our people count year over year to [00:01:00] actually come together and to focus, to understand what is our mission, what is our ethos. Really, what are our customers, our institutions saying where we need to meet them. And we went over the future and what's coming out. We are so giddy for you all to experience some of the new features, products that'll be rolling out over the next year, that truly we believe help solve real problems in the real world, built by people who care about you that are like you, that have been in your shoes.
And so thank you to our wonderful team, thank you to the ethos that we've, that we've been able to bring people in to help captivate and understand what we're doing here. And thank you to our institutions who have been giving us so much time and really digging in who I believe understand our heart and what we're trying to do to actually help connect, uh, you to wherever you are, to what does the future look like?
